**All sewage systems installed in Broome County shall be installed by a professional installer duly registered and listed with the Broome County Health Department.   All such installers shall henceforth be registered and kept in good standing.  Failure to register subjects the sewage system installer to penalties set forth in Section 1.15 of the Broome County Sanitary Code.  Any installer who wishes to construct systems in Broome County must be duly registered according to criteria's set by Broome County.
